• The welcome bonus is available once only, on your first deposit.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; funds become eligible for withdrawal only after the required wagering amount has been met.

• Club99 Bilete reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Betting Rules & Dispute Resolution

The following rules apply when placing bets on Club99 Bilete:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Club99 Bilete is not liable for any disruptions to live betting caused by loss of internet connection.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Club99 Bilete reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the relevant bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules.
• In the event of a dispute over any bet outcome, Club99 Bilete's decision shall be considered final.

Club99 Bilete maintains a transparent record of all bets. Members can view their full betting history from their account at any time.

Prohibited Activities & Anti-Fraud Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Club99 Bilete:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Abusing the bonus system or promotions.

• Participating in any form of match fixing or unethical betting activity.

Account Closure & Restrictions
